How to Use Law of Attraction Scripting to Manifest Any Desire

Sharing is caring!

Visualization is one of the most powerful factors involved in manifestation, yet I for one know the struggles that some of us face creating mental imagery and staying focused!

That’s why I think that certain Law of Attraction techniques and rituals hold great power when it comes to accessing that visualization, and scripting is no exception!

As somebody who struggles to stay focused during visualization, but somebody who works well with words, scripting has been a tool that has transformed my Law of Attraction practice and allowed me to access those more dreamy and imaginative parts of myself!

What is scripting?

Scripting is a Law of Attraction technique that involves writing in detail about the reality that you want to manifest.

It involves letting your imagination take hold and then communicating this through words, in an almost story-like way.

It can be a really fun and rewarding way to work with manifestation.

I don’t know about you but I loved writing stories as a child – I always let my imagination take me to the coolest places that existed only in my head and I’d write and write about them in so much detail.

Writing a script kinda reminds me of that, except what we’re writing about remains grounded in reality because we truly believe that we can make what we’re writing about happen (and we will)!

How can scripting help you?

Scripting can be a powerful reality shifting exercise that I believe can be beneficial for anybody at any stage of their manifestation journey.

Some of the reasons why I love scripting to manifest your future so much are:

  • Scripting allows you to explore your dreams and desires in detail and to get super clear about what you want
  • Scripting allows you to communicate your visualization in word form, which is beneficial for people who may struggle to mentally visualize
  • Scripting in detail allows you to access the thoughts, feelings and emotions that are fundamental to successful manifestation
  • Scripting allows you to build faith in the Law of Attraction (since you can look back at your scripts and see just how much you have manifested!)

5 features of a good script

A powerful script will be unique to every individual, and it’s important that you add your own flavor to make it resonate with you!

But with that being said, a “good” script will typically have these 5 qualities.

So if you’re looking for tips on how to create a script that works, aim for these things!

1. Use the present tense

In a similar way to creating powerful affirmations, a good script should include language in the present tense.

This puts the energy out that the desire you’re wishing to attract is already yours – because it is!

This can be a little confusing, since our scripts are often written about a time in the future, and you may find yourself switching between various tenses in a way that would make your English teacher scream.

But honestly, don’t worry about grammatical correctness here.

We’re not striving to write a literary masterpiece; we simply want to write in a way that allows us to connect deeply with the reality that we are trying to manifest.

I like to imagine this like a diary entry.

I imagine myself at the time I would like to achieve my manifestation by and I write as if I were writing at this time.

For example, I might start out with “it is January 1st, 2021” before proceeding to describe where I want to be at this moment in the present tense with phrases like “I am”, “I have” or “it is”.

The key is to put yourself in the shoes of your future self and write from the perspective of that version of you!

2. It should be clear and detailed

In the case of scripting, more is more!

Never be afraid to be too detailed with your script.

The more descriptive you are, the better you will be able to connect and visualize everything that you are trying to manifest.

For example, if you’re trying to manifest your dream home, you’d want to explore all the tiny little details that make that dream home unique.

That doesn’t mean that we have to obsess over these details and only accept this version of reality (this is a common Law of Attraction mistake).

This is more of a personal practice to allow yourself to dream and to communicate these dreams out into the Universe.

3. You should express how it feels to have it

The level of detail in your script should extend to talking about your emotions and feelings – describing your feelings is absolutely key to writing a powerful script.

Expressing how it feels to have your manifestation allows you to truly put yourself in your future reality and embody that version of you on an energetic level.

Something I always say is that it is not the words that help you manifest, but the feelings behind the words!

Take the time when scripting to get in this energetic space and to describe exactly how it feels.

4. You should express gratitude

One feeling that you should particularly focus on in your scripting is gratitude.

Gratitude is one of the most high vibrational feelings that you can embody, so including this will definitely raise the vibration of your script and bring you closer to your desires.

When going into detail about the desire you have manifested, express how thankful you are to have done so.

Remember, this should be in the present tense. Speak as if you are the future you!

5. It should be believable

One of the most common Law of Attraction mistakes that can get in the way of successful manifestation is dreaming too big.

I know that sounds sad, and I don’t want to discourage you from having big dreams!

However, don’t do this at the expense of believing in your dreams.

Believing in your script is essential in order to manifest it into reality.

If you wholeheartedly believe that you’re capable of having a multi million dollar home then absolutely write a script for it!

On the other hand, if you have doubts about whether you can really make it happen, maybe hold off and work on something that you do believe is possible instead.

There’s nothing to say that you can’t then work on scripting bigger things in the future.

But for now, work on dreams that feel challenging but achievable!

This will also help you to build up trust in your own abilities, as well as the power of the Universe!

How to script your desired reality in 5 different ways

So now you know the basis of writing a powerful script, but how can you apply this to your own life?

Here are 5 ways in which you can use scripting to enhance your Law of Attraction practice and manifest your desired reality!

1. Add scripting to your morning routine

A successful and productive morning routine should be one that empowers you for the day ahead and makes you feel capable of anything.

Scripting is definitely a practice that falls into this category, and adding scripting to your morning routine can transform the way that you go about your day.

To make use of scripting in the morning, sit and think about how you would like the day ahead to go.

Ask yourself the following questions:

  • What would I like to achieve today?
  • What are the biggest tasks I need to complete?
  • How would I like to feel today?
  • What am I grateful for today?

Then, with these answers in mind, place yourself in the shoes of the you that exists later in the day and write from their perspective.

Go into detail about how you spent your day and everything you accomplished, remembering to focus on all the feelings and emotions you experienced.

When you use scripting to envision your day like this, you are automatically embodying the high vibe mindset that you need to accomplish your dreams and desires.

Give it a try and watch how your daily life shifts!

2. Script the week, month or year ahead

Why not take scripting a step further and use it to manifest the week, month or year ahead?

Ask yourself the same questions that you’d ask when scripting your day, but envision how you’d like the specific timeframe to go.

Scripting your week: at the end of the previous week, or the beginning of a new week, imagine how you’d like the next week to go and write about it in detail

Scripting your month: at the end of the previous month, or the beginning of a new month, imagine how you’d like the next month to go and write about it in detail

Scripting your year: at the end of the previous year, or the beginning of a new year, imagine how you’d like the next year to go and write about it in detail

Obviously, the level of detail you go into will depend on the timeframe in question.

A script for the year ahead is likely to be significantly longer than a script for the week ahead, because you likely have a lot more dreams and desires that you would like to achieve before the year ends.

This can make for a nice manifesting ritual to include in your regular practice, and it is particularly rewarding to look back at scripts and see how much of it you did in fact manage to manifest into existence.

As an extra fun tip, try adding your scripts to a manifestation box along with other related items to supercharge the energy of your intentions!

3. Use scripting to manifest love or a specific person

If you’re trying to manifest love or a specific person into your life, scripting can be a powerful tool to help you do so.

To script your ideal relationship, try to embody the version of you that exists in this relationship and think about all the things they would be thinking and feeling.

Ask yourself:

  • How does it feel to be in love?
  • How do I act in my relationship?
  • What are the things that myself and my partner do together?
  • How did my partner and I meet?

Describe these things in detail, while remembering to express gratitude in the present tense.

You’ll also want to envision the other party in this scenario so you’re able to get clear about the type of person or the relationship you are trying to attract.

Try asking yourself:

  • How does this person treat me?
  • How does this person make me feel?
  • What behavioural characteristics does this person have?
  • What interests does this person have?
  • What physical features does this person have?

It doesn’t matter if this is somebody you already know or an imaginary person – what matters is that you’re able to visualize exactly what this person would be like and how you will interact with one another.

However, it is of my personal belief that you shouldn’t get too caught up about manifesting a particular person

I would always advise against trying to manifest an ex back into your life or somebody who is currently emotionally unavailable.

There is a reason that this relationship didn’t work out previously and it may not serve your highest good!

Sometimes the greatest love comes unexpectedly.

Try to think of the qualities a person would have that would serve your growth, and focus on attracting a love that is in alignment with your values, regardless of who specifically this might be.

4. Use scripting to manifest your dream job

If you have a dream career or business opportunity that you would like to manifest, you can use scripting to bring it closer to reality!

The key is to think about a career that would make you feel most fulfilled, rather than just chasing after high paying jobs for egotistical reasons.

With that being said, there is absolutely nothing wrong with calling in more money – just so long as your reasons for doing so are pure!

With your ideal job in mind, ask yourself the following:

  • What would the job involve me doing on a daily basis?
  • Who would I be working alongside, if anybody?
  • What would my ideal boss be like? Would I be my own boss?
  • How would this career opportunity present itself to me?
  • What salary would I be earning from this job?
  • What qualities would I have to embody to achieve this job?
  • How would it feel to achieve this goal?

Remember to tune into your feelings as though you have already achieved this opportunity.

Put yourself in the shoes of an ideal candidate for this job and embody the thoughts and feelings that you imagine them to have.

5. Use scripting to manifest your dream home

You can also use scripting to manifest your dream home!

I think that scripting your dream home is a super fun script to create because the level of detail you can go into is endless!

Before scripting your dream home, take some time to close your eyes and take yourself on an imaginary tour of your future house.

Visualize all of the tiny details that make this place your ideal home.

Remember to get specific and ask yourself the following:

  • Where is my dream home located?
  • What does the exterior of my dream home look like?
  • What does the interior of my dream home look like?
  • What features does *this room* have?
  • How much did my dream home cost?
  • Who am I living in my dream home with?

Allow your mind to wander and visualize you carrying out different activities in your home, from mundane chores all the way to fun parties.

Take your time and enjoy the process of writing this script, remembering to exercise gratitude throughout!

Scripting Manifestation Examples

Now we’ve looked at some examples of how you can use scripting to manifest your future, let’s look at a specific manifestation scripting example so you can see what an actual script might look like.

Let’s pretend that we’re manifesting our dream home for a second. This is an example of how that script might go…

“It’s April 2023, I just woke up in my dream home for the first time and I feel so blessed to be here. I woke naturally to the light pouring in through my big open windows and the sounds of the birds in the many trees that surround the house.

When I got out of bed I was met with the warmness of our underfloor heating, and I took myself downstairs to make a fresh coffee ready for my morning walk.

I pause while the coffee brews in our big open plan kitchen. It has porcelain tiles and crystal worktops. I look out from our double French doors into the garden where I can see our pool glistening in the sunshine…”

And of course, the writing would continue to map out other details of the home to help you truly visualise a normal day living in it!

This is just one scripting example and I want to reiterate that this is your practice. Writing a script is about how it makes you feel and only you can decide the details that matter to you.

So to conclude, scripting really is an amazing Law of Attraction practice that I’d encourage you to explore if you haven’t already.

There are so many benefits to be gained from spending time writing a script, particularly at the start of a new year I find.
